Multi Pro gives you 3 locations on the Pro tier — ideal for high-volume sites where your team needs to run multiple screens simultaneously. Chain Lite gives you 6 locations on the Lite tier — better suited to a growing group that needs broader coverage across more sites. The investment is the same because the value delivered is equivalent, just structured differently to match your operation.
No hardware is required. FreshFlow Pro is a web-based application that runs on any phone, tablet or laptop - Android, iOS or Windows. Your staff simply log in on their own devices. There is no till hardware to purchase, no kitchen screen units to buy and no card terminals to lease. If you already have a tablet for the kitchen and phones for your staff, you are ready to go. This alone saves most restaurants thousands of pounds compared to traditional POS systems.
When a delivery order is placed through the POS, you create a delivery job directly from that order with one tap. You assign it to one of your own drivers, who receives the job instantly on the FreshFlow Pro driver app on their own phone. The driver sees the customer name, address and a tap-to-navigate link. When they arrive, they enter the customer's unique 4-digit OTP to confirm handover at the door. The delivery is then marked complete and revenue is logged automatically.
